Weight: Scale keeps showing “Error”, likely around 375
Energy: Increasing substantially
I’ve been getting at least half an hour of physical activity per day for one week now, generally by walking or hiking. My body feels like I was keel-hauled and then run over by a train, but my energy level is high. I’m waking up feeling rested and ready to take on the day, and I just feel different and wide awake all day long. I’m drinking less coffee now, and not feeling the need to dump a pound of sugar in it. Other than that, I haven’t done much in the way of dietary changes. I feel more alive than I have in a while and I’m about ready to make this a habit.
New goal: Lose 50 pounds and be in good enough shape to complete the Manitou Incline by the end of summer.
